Mary Kay Kelm
Mary Kay Kelm is a partner in the law firm of Kilcoyne & Kelm, LLC. Ms. Kelm is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. She earned her juris doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law where she served on the Law Review and represented the school in national moot court competition. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1992.
With thirty years of legal experience, she concentrates her practice in civil litigation real estate and zoning, and estate planning and administration. Ms. Kelm also forms small businesses and provides ongoing counsel in corporate matters.
Ms. Kelm is Solicitor to the Montgomery Township Zoning Hearing Board, past President of the St. Joseph’s University Law Alumni, and past Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Women In Law committee. She currently serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates and the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association.

John J. Kilcoyne – RETIRED
John J. Kilcoyne, almost always referred to as “Jack,” was a founding member of the predecessor firm, Heaney, Kilcoyne Bleczinski & Kelm, LLC. He was graduated from Villanova University and Temple Law School. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, and the U. S. Supreme Court. Mr. Kilcoyne’ s practice encompasses representation of small and medium size businesses from formation to ongoing legal counsel for strategic planning and corporate matters. He is also involved in estate planning, from Will preparation to the administration of estates, along with related matters such as the preparation of Powers of Attorney and Medical Directives.
Mr. Kilcoyne, who is also a former tenured college professor, has been active over the years in youth athletic programs, the Worcester Township Planning Commission, solicitor for the Worcester Township Zoning Board, served as Chair of the General Practice Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association, and served on various Leadership Committees of the Main Line Health Heart Center at Lankenau Hospital.
