Mary Kay Kelm

Mary Kay Kelm is a partner in the law firm of Kilcoyne & Kelm, LLC.  Ms. Kelm is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. She earned her juris doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law where she served on the Law Review and represented the school in national moot court competition. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1992.

With thirty years of legal experience, she concentrates her practice in civil litigation  real estate and zoning, and estate planning and administration. Ms. Kelm also forms small businesses and provides ongoing counsel in corporate matters.

Ms. Kelm is Solicitor to the Montgomery Township Zoning Hearing Board, past President of the St. Joseph’s University Law Alumni, and past Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Women In Law committee. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association.
